"Shipping took way longer than I expected, and..."
Shipping took way longer than I expected, and when the package finally showed up, the box was beat up. Like, what happened to it along the way?? The item was okay, but the delivery experience wasn’t great.

"Fast help, but I still expected an apology"
Support did get back to me quickly and they fixed the issue, which I appreciated. That said, the whole thing was frustrating enough that I expected at least a simple apology along the way.

"Broke way sooner than it should have"
I was disappointed with this. A few parts started breaking much faster than I expected, and it just doesn’t feel very reliable overall. it seems like an avoidable issue if the build quality had been a bit better

I mean, overall it’s okay. A few items are priced well, so that was nice. But then I’d see certain parts that felt more expensive than they should be, and I just kind of had to calmly pretend that didn’t annoy me

I had a rough time with my order from diyretroarcade.com. The install info felt kinda thin, like there were steps missing, so I kept having to guess what went where and second guess myself the whole time.
The bigger problem was the fit. The parts were supposed to work with my setup, but they didnt line up right without extra messing around. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was just frustrating and not really worth it.
